The Company first started as Joint
Way Transmission Machinery Co. Ltd. in Hangzhou,
China in 1990. It was involved in setting up over
100 factories in China, providing power transmission
products to both domestic and international
customers. Since, Joint Way quickly established
itself in the industry in the global marketplace,

In 1995, Joint Way International was
established in Portland, Oregon. The U.S.
Operation's objective was to offer the U.S.
customers the same level of satisfaction enjoyed by
its customers worldwide. With growing demand of its
U.S. customers, JointWay® set up its warehousing
facility in Portland, Oregon in 1998.
